Linaro is a global engineering organization dedicated to advancing open-source software for Arm® and related architectures. Our engineers work directly upstream on the Linux kernel, firmware, toolchains, security, and system software that underpin embedded, mobile, automotive, and infrastructure platforms. This work is carried out in close collaboration with industry partners and open-source communities, with a strong emphasis on long-term maintainability, interoperability, and standards-based development.
Linaro Training builds directly on this engineering foundation. Our courses are designed, authored, and delivered by the same engineers who actively contribute to the projects they teach. This ensures training content reflects real upstream practices, current codebases, and the realities of maintaining production systems—rather than simplified or vendor-specific abstractions.
